Roles & Responsibilities
Venue Marshals
Guide racers to the start line and offer event and directional information to racers and the public. Support security personnel in crowd management near the venue.
Course Marshals
Provide directions to runners, spectators, and the public and maintain course safety by clearing debris and obstacles. Report incidents on the course and ensure runners follow the designated route.
Bag Deposit Crew
Receive and deposit bags issued by the racers, ensuring accuracy of details and inclusion of valuables, place bags into designated storage area, and verify correct return of bags to runners after their race.
Merchandise Collection Crew
Manage the merchandise collection by ensuring each order is correctly collected. Ensure the verification of the pick-up via racer's signature. Assist in keeping the place neat so sizes and colors can easily picked out from the boxes.
Hydration Station Crew
Manage the hydration stations by pouring drinks into the cups, arranging them, and assisting in cleaning up the area after the event.
Zone Management Crew
Manage traffic flow in the zones and ensure that all debris are removed. Ensure that racers perform the exercises correctly with the designated reps. Ensure that races do not repeat zones.
Hydration Station Crew
Manage the hydration stations by pouring drinks into the cups, arranging them, and assisting in cleaning up the area after the event.
