General Information
- Define Valkyrie Race, its purpose, and the nature of the event.
- State the location (Singapore) and governing law (Singapore law applies).
Participant Eligibility
- Specify the minimum age requirement (e.g., 18 years or older unless accompanied by a guardian).
- Health and fitness requirements (participants must be physically fit).
Registration & Payment
- Registration process, fees, and refund policy.
- Non-transferability of tickets unless explicitly allowed.
Event Rules & Safety
- Outline race structure (800m run + endurance & strength zones).
- Mandatory safety gear or instructions.
- Grounds for disqualification (cheating, unsafe conduct, etc.).
Liability Waiver
- Participants acknowledge risks (injury, dehydration, exhaustion, etc.).
- Valkyrie Race organizers are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses.
- Insurance recommendations.
Code of Conduct
- Participants must be respectful to fellow racers and organizers.
- No harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
Force Majeure & Event Changes
- Rights to cancel/postpone due to weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- No refunds for force majeure cancellations.
Photography & Media Release
- Consent for event photos/videos to be used for marketing.
